Senior Certified Member

Senior Certified Member is a person engaged in building maintenance services who is Filipino, Filipino-Canadian or of Filipino origin; has undergone and completed the training sessions/programs certified by the Founding Chairman, and has been engaged in the said services for a minimum of three (3) years. He shall be entitled to receive notice of, to attend and to vote at all meetings of members as provided in this By-Law.

 

A certified member, with B.E.S.(Building Environment System) certificate or any building related programs earned in Canada,  shall be assigned a maximum of twelve (12) months work experience towards the total requirement of thirty-six (36) months for Senior Certified membership certification. 

Trade Member
Regular Certified Member

Regular Certified Member is a person engaged in building maintenance services who is Filipino, Filipino-Canadian or of Filipino origin; has undergone and  completed the training sessions/program certified by the Founding Chairman, but has been engaged in the said services less than three (3) years. He shall be entitled to receive notice of, to attend and to vote at all meetings of members as provided in this By-Law.

Honorary Member

Honorary Member is an individual of remarkable background or prominent stature in the property management industry and duly endorsed by at least two (2) Senior Certified members. He is exempted from paying any dues and is not entitled to cast a vote. This member may attend meetings only on a consultative capacity

Trade Member is a person engaged for at least one (1) year in the Building Maintenance Services of a reputable Property

Management Company and duly endorsed by at least two(2) Senior Certified members and passed the Professional Practical Examination (PPE), or superintendents or maintenance personnel who did not undergo the training programs/sessions certified by the Founding Chairman.

 

Associate Member is a person who qualify for membership in the Association, as described in Article 2.2 of General By-Law, who has  worked in maintenance associated services (i.e. cleaners or other building trade contractors) for at least one (1) year within Canada and duly endorsed by at least two(2) Senior Certified Members and passed the PPE, but is ineligible for membership as Certified or Trade Member.
