LF-CBS in brief.

 
 

 

The League of Filipino-Canadian Building Superintendents, Limited( LF-CBS ) is a non-profit and self-governing association with over 100 members and associates across Ontario and parts of Alberta in Canada.

LF-CBS promotes the interests of building superintendents in buildings and facilities to include condominiums, apartments, commercial, and government.

 

The Association’s                             outline for members of the association the directive of personal integrity and professional competence.

 

Each apprentice underwent a 58-subject training program designed to address typical building issues in Canada-setting today.

 

 

 

  

 
 

a) To primarily have an identity as a group in the professional industry;

b) To properly regulate ourselves as an institution;

c) To find ways of continuously enhancing our skills through collective sharing of ideas and experiences;

d) To develop an area of cooperation amongst the respective employers/property management companies,

e) To collectively develop a more aggressive form of training program that will finally set qualification standards acceptable in the industry – on a local, national and global levels.

 

 
 
 

A condition of membership shall be, that such member in the determination of the Association, of good moral character and with good standing in the company which he or she is working with. A member shall not, either at the time of application or at any other time thereafter, prejudice the best interests of the Association and shall all times abide with the Association’s Code of Ethics, rules and principles as well as the work attitude fundamentals as imparted during the training by the Founding Chairman.
